Anywhere in the World except the United States of America, Canada and their respective protectorates and territories where this insurance will only apply in respect of the Insured's Product exported into such countries without the Insured's knowledge or non manual work carried out in the USA and Canada by Australian based directors, partners, office executives or employees.

The above quote does not form a contract of insurance and does not provide you with any cover. The insurer's decision to insure you relies on the accuracy of the information you provide. If that information is not accurate, the insurer remains the right to reduce the settlement by difference in the premium amount that should have been paid, or in the case of fraud, deny the claim and cancel the policy from inception.

​*Cancellations:

Please note this policy requires a minimum deposit premium from the insurer. Cancellations mid-term will not provide pro rata refunds. The refund could be substantially less than expected. When purchasing this policy please ensure that you are willing to pay the full policy amount.

 

*Monthly Instalments:

When electing to pay monthly, we use a third party funder who pays your insurance upfront and you pay them back on a monthly basis. This includes 11% interest as reflected in the monthly prices in your quotes. Dishonours and early cancellations can incur a fee, if you would like to go monthly we will send you a premium funding contract for you to review all terms and conditions. As mentioned above, in the event of an early/mid-term cancellation portions of the premium will be retained by the insurer as well as any fees & charges on the policy. This can substantially reduce your refund and you may be required to pay an outstanding balance on your funding account.
